Ok, so I’m not supposed to look mad in this picture… I was supposed to look confused lol but here it is, The first picture of 52 Places in 52 Weeks. Comment on my Facebook your guesses. Guesses close on Thursday, drawing on Friday and the winner will be announced on Saturday.
Next week the place will be revealed along with a little information or history on it. I will also post a new blog with that weeks new mystery place. Remember you only get one guess so make sure its what you think it is. Tag your friends if you want them to participate. Remember, guess right every week, whether or not you win the drawings, and your name will be put into another drawing at the end of the 52 Weeks for a Super Prize. And GO!!!
Week one of 52 places in 52 weeks. Ok, so let’s go over the rules. Every week I will post a picture of myself at some place. You will have to guess where I’m at. Obviously some weeks will be harder than others but I will try not to make it too obvious. Leave your guess in the comments. At the end of the week I will draw one name from everyone that guessed correctly. That person will win a gift. These gifts will range from coffee cards to a movie ticket to free food at a local restaurant or a restaurant chain for those who win and are not local. At the end of the 52 weeks whoever guesses correctly every week, whether you win the weekly drawing or not, will be entered into another drawing to win the big gift. Possibly a night stay at the Davenport or a spa package or something along those lines. Whatever it is, it will be worth it. So let’s go over the rules… 1. You only get one guess and tag your friends so they can guess too! 2. Leave your guess in the Comments 3. Thursday night is the last day to comment your guess. 4. You have to wait till Friday to find out if you guessed correctly. That’s it. Pretty simple. Drawings will be held on Friday and you’ll be notified if you win. The winner will be announced that weekend along with a new picture for that week.
Well here it is… My first blog. I hope I’m doing this right lol. I’m a single father of three teenage boys. Well 2 teenagers and one preteen. Sometimes I think my life is a bit crazy but I thnk its the craziness that keeps me going. Raising three young boys is a task all in itself but changing careers at the age of 35 can be challenging. My motivation is my children. I want them to have the things I did not have. I want to show them that whatever you want in life can be achieved if you set your mind to it. I’m a busy guy. If it’s not helping my boys with their homework or cooking dinner, then it attending their sports activities or being the taxi driver to get the kids to where they want to go lol. All this on top of changing careers. Yes, I’m in the middle of this switch so that means on top of being a full time dad, I’m also running two businesses. Not for long I hope as my career in Real estate will soon take off allowing me to end the chapter of my 16 years in construction. Construction has provided well for my family but it’s time to give my body a rest and let my mind take over the work haha. I’m excited for the new journey my family is on and I think it will bring us many years of happiness and success!
